Mid-October has seen Acumen have a surveillance audit under ISO 20252:2019 which we are pleased to announce we passed! It’s like having not just your homework, but all of your notes marked by the headteacher and being given a gold star!
ISO 20252:2019 sees all areas of Acumen inspected to ensure that our policies, procedures, and everyday work adheres to the highest standards of the Market Research Industry. We are very proud of all staff whose work was audited as this year the auditor found no discrepancies or areas for observation whatsoever.
